Over 2,011 years ago, the world’s most successful Leader issued a challenge to his disciples: “To whom much is given, much is expected.”

Today, CSols Inc. celebrates our 10th anniversary as a successful company!  We have been given much, as our 10 year history attests. Therefore we believe much should be expected of us!

  • In 2001, CSols Inc. established its Newark, Delaware headquarters, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of a British based company, CSols, plc.  Our mission was to sell, implement, and support an instrument integration product called Links for LIMS.  The early years were very challenging due to a competitive marketplace and the aftershock of September 11th.
  • In June of 2004, CSols’ UK-based Board of Directors approved a management buy-out of the US operation by Kyle McDuffie, CSols Inc.’s Vice President and Sandy Ahmed, Sales Director.  Working in concert, Kyle and Sandy transitioned the fledgling business from the mission of a products- only company to a new service and products provider, focused exclusively on Laboratory Informatics. As a result, CSols Inc. achieved $1M in revenue in fiscal 2004 and for the first time since its inception, achieved break-even status.
  • From 2005 to the present, CSols has achieved double digit growth and has been profitable each year. 

CSols delivered solutions, including products, services, and custom software to laboratories in both regulated and non-regulated industries, worldwide.  CSols’ internationally recognized staff of laboratory scientists, project managers, and information technologists are highly regarded for their ability to analyze, design, deploy, and validate global solutions in partnership with its customers.

  • In 2010, CSols Canada was launched and we hired our first Canadian employee. 
  • In 2011, we doubled the size of our US headquarters.  We are very grateful for this success and attribute it to our focus on excellence; our extremely committed and talented staff; strong partnerships with leading informatics product vendors; and to a client base, whose success has become our success.

We are further thankful that this success has enabled us to allocate a growing percentage of our yearly profit to those less fortunate in our world.  We have been given much!   So as we move forward into the second decade history of our story, we want to make sure there is much we give back!

CSols sincerely thanks each one of our customers, partners, and each of our employees for being a part of the CSols’ story.  Without you, this 10 Year Anniversary for CSols would not be the joyous celebration it is.
