CSols Inc. is Recognized for their Culture of Excellence by Top Workplaces

September 28, 2017

NEWARK, DE – CSols Inc., the Premier Laboratory Informatics (LIMS, ELN, CDS, LES) Consultancy, has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, to name a few.

The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest or about fancy perks and benefits. To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet strict standards for organizational health and the employees are able to provide true feedback through the anonymous survey. Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics, states, “Without a sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”

  1. For example, one client calculated that a chromatography method cost about $5 per run, including reagents, labor, electricity, and average instrument maintenance cost.  Reducing the overall run time was not as important as reducing the number of runs each day.  One justification for their LIMS was reducing the number of retests and repeats.
  2. Another client took a different approach and calculated that reagents, labor, electricity, and average instrument maintenance costs came to about $100/hour for each of five reactors.  This lab could not reduce the number of reactor loads, but reducing reactor run time was one justification for a LIMS purchase.

Kyle McDuffie, President of CSols Inc. shares his excitement, “We are thrilled to report that CSols has been recognized for the 4th consecutive year! This year we ranked 11th in the small business category.  Our people and our culture of excellence are the reasons that we are the Premier Laboratory Informatics Consultancy.” Employees agree as the survey results show.

CSols Inc. is hiring and Kyle extends the invitation to those who are looking for a work environment that promotes personal and organizational growth to “Join us as we continue to pursue our vision as per our four foundations (excellence, teamwork, sustainability / scalability, customer satisfaction) and our three principles (work/life balance, shared accountability, personal ethics).” The gratitude by Kyle and Sandi Ahmed, Vice President of CSols Inc., is felt throughout the organization, “We are very thankful and grateful for each one of our current and future employees.”
