We are currently looking to expand our LabWare LIMS team beyond configuration/development roles by adding a Business Analyst. This detail-oriented role requires the candidate to be conversant with the use of laboratory software in an FDA regulated environment, laboratory operations and participate in the planning, design, development, testing of laboratory information systems solutions. The candidate will apply IT and laboratory knowledge on projects to formulate technical solutions to improve laboratory quality, compliance, and efficiency. The candidate will work directly with end users and system owners as well as external consultants and vendors to document, analyze and provide technical solutions to achieve business goals and a high level of client satisfaction through system deployment.
