Enhancing your Lab Informatics System through Lean Lab Principles

During an event hosted by CSols Inc., we explored how manufacturers harness lean techniques to enhance quality, productivity, and cycle time. We demonstrated how QC labs can leverage similar methods, especially when integrated with lab informatics tools like LIMS or ELN. By aligning lean principles with these systems, labs can boost performance, streamline compliance, and trim operating costs without needing new tools.

Our course delved into proven lean lab strategies, guiding participants through identifying, prioritizing, and implementing lean opportunities. Additionally, we discussed effective practices and methodologies for planning and executing lean projects with lab informatics tools.
